Key Responsibilities

I.Manufacturing & Automation Enablement
Identify and support automation opportunities in manufacturing processes, partnering with Operations and Lean teams to improve efficiency, standardization, and process performance.

II.SCADA & Automation Platforms Governance
Manage and govern SCADA and automation platforms (e.g., Ignition), ensuring stable operation, standard configurations, and alignment with regional and global frameworks.

III.IT–Operations Business Partnership
Act as the technical and functional link between IT and Manufacturing teams, translating operational needs into scalable, secure, and compliant automation solutions.

IV.Application Lifecycle & Integration
Support the implementation, optimization, and evolution of automation‑related applications, ensuring proper integration with manufacturing ecosystems (SCADA, MES, SAP).

V.Data & Performance Visibility
Enable manufacturing performance visibility through dashboards and automation data, supporting problem solving, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decisions.

VI.Best Practices & Adoption
Promote Lean and automation best practices through guidance, training, and communities of practice to drive solution adoption and consistent execution across plants.
