MHHome Solutions is a rapidly growing residential construction and home improvement company based in Miami, Florida. We specialize in roofing, impact windows and doors, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and complete home renovations throughout South Florida.

We're looking for a high-energy, bilingual Finance Coordinator to support our financing department by assisting customers through the loan approval process while communicating with banks, lenders, and our internal sales team.

If you have experience in banking, consumer lending, mortgage processing, loan coordination, financial services, or customer service, and enjoy speaking with people, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in Latin America who are fluent in English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

• Guide homeowners through financing and loan application processes
• Communicate with banks, lenders, and financing partners
• Submit and monitor loan applications
• Collect and verify required customer documentation
• Follow up on pending financing approvals
• Answer customer questions regarding financing and required paperwork
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Coordinate financing updates with the Sales and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and financing documentation
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from application through approval

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Banking
• Consumer Lending
• Mortgage Processing
• Loan Processing
• Loan Coordination
• Financial Services
• Credit Analysis
• Banking Customer Service
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations throughout the day
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet home office
