About the position:
The Product Marketing Specialist will support the Regional Product Portfolio Manager (RPPM) in Scientific Strategic Business Unit. The position will work closely with the PPM to implement key initiatives that grow sales through improving customers’ experience, educating customers on company products, launching new products, and managing the life cycle of existing products. RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support Sellers & Distributors – Respond to inquiries about products.
Submit COMIND tickets to scientific affairs & regulatory regarding customer questions, work with regional customer service on product allocation & inventory management, work with regional marcom on communications about product availability or changes. Assist with category reviews.
Analyze S&OP and SFDC / sales pipeline data – Monitor product allocation and inventory data, work with sales and supply chain to support product order requests, assist sales and finance in making decisions on how to price upside volume to maintain margins.
· Update Regional Systems – Assist in administrative work associated with entering products into regional systems such as SFDC, asset bank and regional PIM, and update price lists across all single use & exam products for all countries / languages. ·
Support Regional Launches – Send samples for VOC, collect feedback from sellers and customers, work with NPD on volume forecasts and price recommendations. Assist with planning and preparation of slides for product trainings. ·
Support Launches of Products to New Regions / Countries – Send samples to relevant regional marketing / sales leaders for VOC, collect feedback, work with global and regional PPMs on forecasts and supply plan. Queretaro Office. ·
Provide Admin Support to Regional E-Commerce Teams – Provide product information required by regional e-commerce teams to list products on Amazon.com, Ansell.com web store and other online platforms. ·
Monitor Regional Product & Price Trends – Work with regional sales to understand drivers of sales, study competitive products & pricing and provide recommendations to regional PPM on ways to optimize portfolio / pricing. ·
Support Regional Marketing - Assist with revising global customer communications to meet needs of North American customer base and coordinate with regional stakeholders to send communications. Provide monthly updates on sales and key initiatives to regional marketing team and support other marketing initiatives as needed. ·
Assist with Inventory Allocation - Analyze inventory pipeline in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) tools and advise sellers if customer orders can be filled or if inventory is available to support new business opportunities.
Support regional marketing and sales in allocating inventory strategically to maintain loyal customers and acquire new customers. · Support in the proposals on diffusion of the portfolio, and impulse with the RPPM to encourage sales. ·
Provide information sessions on specific products to the region based on calendar. · Support for updating tools and style actualization for the region, data loading, sku crossing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, International Business or any related field.
Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, marketing, customer service or product development.
