Responsabilidades:
Manage the day-to-day HR operations and labor relations for the assigned workforce, ensuring strict compliance with internal regulations, benefits delivery, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to foster a positive workplace climate and prevent labor disputes.

Manage unionized staff headcount/workforce (HC: 500 FTEs)

Maintain an up-to-date database of the department's personnel.

Monitor turnover and absenteeism metrics, and generate reports to be published by the communications lead.

Address employee needs and provide solutions in alignment with organizational guidelines.

Administer the Internal Work Regulations and the Collective Bargaining Agreement to prevent labor disputes.

Follow up on temporary contracts for newly hired personnel.

Manage general conditions like transportation and canteen services, ensuring they meet quality standards and remain cost-effective.

Verify that benefits offered by AS are granted accurately and on time.

Maintain a close relationship with union representatives to ensure optimal communication channels, preventing and resolving labor conflicts (including attending weekly meetings).

Coordinate workplace climate surveys and implement necessary actions to improve staff satisfaction rates.

Track and follow up on salary increases for both permanent and temporary staff.

Manage employee onboarding and status changes (hires, terminations, and modifications) within company systems.

Manage and safeguard personnel files.
Requisitios:
Knowledge - Mexican Labor Regulations / Training /Labor Agreements/ Talent Attraction/Payroll/ Employee Engagement, HR Analytics
Education - Bachelor Degree
Experience – 2-5 years of HR experience
Skills and abilities - Assertive Communication & Empathy, Conflict Resolution, Resilience & Adaptability, Proactive Curiosity, Business Acumen
