What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

This position will play a key role in executing HR initiatives and strengthening operational capabilities from the Mexico-based hub. It is structured around three core areas—HR Project Coordination & Implementation, HR Business Partner Support & Consultation, and HR Data Management & Analytics—to ensure successful project delivery, provide HR support, and leverage data for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess foundational HR knowledge, experience in project coordination, and strong analytical skills, and is an early-career professional eager to grow in a dynamic regional HR environment.

• Incumbent will evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements while ensuring all new hires are fully equipped with computers and necessary equipment on day
• Support regional HR projects by assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring from initiation through completion; coordinate activities, resources, and timelines across Latin America to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Analyze current HR processes to identify improvement opportunities, support the rollout and communication of new programs and policies, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and leadership presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up -to-date employee and project data with in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

What You Bring

A graduate with previous experience in Human Resources, either through internships, working student roles, or early professional experience in any HR area such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Payroll, People Analytics, or HR Projects.

• Foundational understanding of HR processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with different HR teams, identify process gaps, and support the standardization and improvement of workflows.
• A project management mindset with hands-on experience supporting, coordinating, or delivering HR
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working abroad is a plus
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
