• Allocating resources to meet the production requirements, achieving maximum capacity, identifying the training needs of the resources, and ensuring that the resources are appropriately trained.
• Driving and monitoring the continuous improvement programs and initiatives and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and specifications.
