Objective:
The Senior Engineering Assistant will support the design and manufacturing process teams by providing technical assistance, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between departments. This role will require an in-depth understanding of engineering processes, design standards, and metalworking techniques to help improve design accuracy, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and modifying designs and technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or relevant experience in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the metal-mechanical industry
• Experience in SolidWorks and basic manufacturing processes.
• Advanced level of English
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain and organize technical documentation and project files.
• Help identify areas for process improvement and support efforts to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical support during production to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to address issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of prototypes and participate in testing and validation.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Schedule: Mon - Wed 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and Thu 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
