Role Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
SuperApp Project Tracking: Provide end-to-end operational support and rigorous follow-up on cross-functional initiatives for SuperApp projects, specifically focusing on DiDi Club and DiDi Travel.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and tracking of Superapp campaigns across multiple touchpoints (InApp, TV, OOH, Social Media, Media, and PR), ensuring all verticals are aligned.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Help connect the dots between Masterbrand and all DiDi's business lines (Rides, Food, Delivery), proactively driving new projects and strategies.
Briefing & Development: Assist in crafting campaign briefs for DiDi Club and DiDi Travel initiatives, following up on their development from kick-off to completion.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research, brand benchmarks, and competitor analysis within the ride-hailing, travel, food, and loyalty program categories to support strategy development.
Brand Governance: Support brand audits and the maintenance of DiDi’s internal Brandcenter to ensure a cohesive Masterbrand identity across all communications.
Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, asset management, and campaign reporting.
Role Qualifications:
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commununication, Administration or Business.
- Basic to intermediate experienice with Microst office
- English level: advanced (B2 - C1)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to frame marketing strategies, understand results and support proposed approaches.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Strong follow up, organization and project management skills are required.
- Experience working with creative agencies and production companies is a plus.
- Experience in ride hailing, food delivery, startup and highly dynamic companies is a plus.
