The SAP Young Professional Program at DYCSI is designed to equip young talents with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the finance tech industry, developing competent professionals in the SAP environment.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to gain practical and theoretical experience by accompanying senior consultants on real projects in Latin America and North America. From major banks to government projects, you will work on a diverse range of challenging and impactful initiatives. All consultants complete the program with an official SAP certification.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis: You will participate in gathering and analyzing client requirements related to systems and business processes. Also, you will help understand client needs and translate them into viable technological solutions.
• Testing and Validation: You will assist in conducting system tests to ensure that implemented solutions meet client requirements and function properly.
• User Training: You will participate in the development and execution of training programs for end users.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and reports related to the projects you will be involved in. This may include process documentation, user manuals, and project progress reports.
• Project Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects. Also, you will participate in meetings, work sessions, and project follow-up activities under the supervision of more experienced consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related fields
• Recent graduates, within a maximum of 2 years post-graduation
• Minimum academic average of 85 (3.4 GPA)
• Professional level of English, with effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
