We are looking for a Senior SFDC Developer to join our team for a major Salesforce implementation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications for development tasks
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and successful project execution

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in Salesforce development roles
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, with strong skills in core clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce for AI-powered agent and customer service capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, thriving in a team-based setting
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote work environment
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or above

Nice to have

• Background with Salesforce Field Service for optimizing field operations and service delivery
