The site of San Luis Potosi based in Mexico belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Projects Engineer for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You manage all motor insurance quotation requests from receipt to completion.

• You prepare and issue vehicle insurance quotations in line with internal procedures and client requirements.

• You develop expertise in the end-to-end quotation process through structured training and practical application.

• You support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project-related activities.

• You update performance dashboards and ensure the accuracy of key business indicators.

• You contribute to reporting activities by tracking progress, preparing status updates, and supporting operational reviews.

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from an Engineering degree, a Master's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.

• You already have experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, industrial operations, performance monitoring, or business analysis through internships, apprenticeships, or a first professional experience.

• You have a fluent level of English; Spanish would be a strong advantage.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data visualization software; knowledge of project planning and monitoring tools is a plus.

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a strong sense of diplomacy.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle insurance processes is a plus.
