We Are Looking for an Engineering Intern!

At Goodyear Air Springs, we are currently seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to support validation activities, testing, data analysis, and engineering processes while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Location: Eje 106, Industrial Zone, San Luis Potosí

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering student or related field
• Basic knowledge of FMEA (AMEF), Control Plans, PPAP, Core Tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• At least one year of valid student health insurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Support validation and testing activities
• Assist in process engineering initiatives
• Analyze operational and process data
• Contribute to process improvement projects
• Support engineering activities focused on operational optimization
