We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Desktop Support
Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote desktop support to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective support strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in desktop support.
• Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in the system for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and reduce support requests.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of desktop systems and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Document all support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving support processes and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all support activities.
• Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of desktop support principles and practices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in remote support tools and technologies.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
• Show ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Hold a relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
