About the Team

The Product Training team within IAM North America enables customers, partners, and internal teams to successfully use ZF products through high-impact learning experiences. The team works cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure training content reflects the latest product innovations. By combining technical expertise with industry insight, the team supports customer satisfaction, product adoption, and brand excellence across the region.

What you can look forward to as Technical Trainer:

• Deliver product training through instructor-led sessions, webinars, videos, and e-learning formats.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical training curricula aligned with product releases.
• Provide expert-level product knowledge to internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Support customers and USC locations across North America with structured training programs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to identify training needs and innovative delivery methods.
• Deliver electric vehicle and advanced technology training in line with industry standards.
• Support warranty-related product training and customer resolution activities.
• Represent ZF at ASE and other relevant industry events.

Your Profile as Product Trainer:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical product training.
• Strong background in automotive technology; EV or HV/Hybrid experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Willingness to travel.
