Position Purpose
Coordinate, manage, and support training and organizational development programs for xBG and xSites Mexico, ensuring the effective execution of internal and external training activities, administration of learning platforms, compliance with corporate standards, and support for global, regional, and local talent development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and administer the annual training plan for xBG and xSites Mexico.
Coordinate external training vendors, including quotation management and follow-up with the Purchasing department.
Plan and execute internal and external training sessions.
Administer the Mobility University platform and provide user and site support for proper training uploads and reporting.
Manage global, regional, and local group training and development campaigns.
Administer CoachHub Mexico licenses.
Manage and monitor corporate programs using Excel and Power BI.
Facilitate internal group training sessions, including Leadership Model and Leadership for Supervisors.
Prepare and provide monthly training hours reports by site.
Support corporate programs such as Starter, Charger, and Booster.
Maintain communication with HR Sites regarding updates, standards, campaigns, programs, and training initiatives.
Support HR Sites during administrative audits by providing reports and platform evidence.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in training, organizational development, or LMS platform administration.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Experience coordinating training activities and managing vendors.
Intermediate/advanced English proficiency preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
