As a Dual Field Specialist, you will provide solutions to moderately complex problems on the wellsite, where evaluating situations or data requires reviewing multiple operations factors.

As a Field Specialist you will develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.
As a Dual Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Under general supervision provides resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment to determine the appropriate action/troubleshooting at the well site by relying upon hands-on experience and classroom-based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Responsible for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintaining when appropriate.
Execute other related duties as assigned.
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities (mainly FE and DD)
Demonstrating Knowledge over Wellbore Placement
Ability to work with complex software (MLWD Software, Drilling software, office packages)
Demonstrating Knowledge over Collision Avoidance Practices and relation with MWD Activities
Developing proficiency for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.
Completing advanced technical training and assigned well-site development Programs.
Developing proficiency required for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site
Demonstrating knowledge over Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations
Ensuring and supervising best practices for BHA Handling and make-up
Demonstrating knowledge of activities/technologies related to well construction like Hydraulic Expandable Reamers, Circulation Sub
Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement
Responsible for collecting and submitting all field documentation required for the billing process.
Other Responsibilities - LWD Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned advanced Logging while Drilling services at the well site. Successfully complete advanced technical training and assigned well-site development Programs.
Other Responsibilities - DD: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned Directional Systems services at the well site.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrate excellent customer awareness. Ability to work well and communicate well with others to wellsite personnel at all levels and work within a team environment.

To be successful in this role is mandatory:
Valid professional degree and license are required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronical) or related.
More than 5 years of experience proven in Directional Drilling Services in the last 10 years (both LWD and Directional Drilling) verified with employment verification letter and field reports. Positions of Field Specialist, Field Engineer, Field Operator (MWD, MWD/LWD, LWD, DD).
Be a Good Communicator and be fluent in English
Be a good team player and display good communication skills
Important to Consider:
For foreign personnel, an apostilled degree and a valid passport are required.
Employment verification letter must include position, entry and exit dates, and signed by Human Resources. Recommendation letters are not accepted.
Valid official identification
For foreign candidates must be able to work in national territory with valid work permit (FM3/FM2).
