Own full-stack feature development from technical scoping and design through build, testing, rollout, and iteration.
Develop and maintain scalable applications across backend services and modern frontend frameworks.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and customer success to deliver intuitive workflows and resolve customer-impacting issues.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes that improve platform reliability.
Continuously enhance products through iterative improvements that elevate the experience for business clients.
Contribute to foundational platforms including onboarding, billing, roster management, and API capabilities.

4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP, including backend architecture and design patterns.
Proven success building and delivering end-to-end features from concept through customer rollout.
Comfortable working across the stack, including relational databases such as PostgreSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS.
Proficient with modern frontend technologies such as InertiaJS, Vue 3, NextJS, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, billing systems, onboarding platforms, or public API integrations is preferred.
A builder mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, plus a focus on customer experience.
