Pros

Benefits such as PTO 401k match, profit sharing, health insurance, etc, are unsurpassed. Among the best of any company.

Cons

Heavily influenced by DEI even today. Micro managed right down to how many pens you can have on your desk. Sales requirements akin to Wells Fargo circa ,2010. If you're ethical and not selling debt products ( ex. Car loans, credit cards) to people who can barely afford to keep food on the table, you won't get promoted, transferred, or a raise. Management from the highest levels down is bipolar, changing the focus of the people closest to the street on a daily or weekly basis such that it seems no one is piloting the ship. Some great people work there but there are wolves in sheeps clothing as well. There is no sense of trust or camaraderie among the team. Endless senseless meetings and daily briefs that are literally just wasting time, produce nothing, and detract from the seemingly endless tasks of minutiae. In short, it's a decent paying, strong benefits oriented, soul sucking job.

Pros

HR dept that you can call if you have a problem that will act if your supervisor is acting out of pocket

Cons

Your experience depends 1000% on your direct manager. People are allowed to get away with tons of nonsense, even if it's against regulations, if they are making sales....then management will let that person hang and act like they didn't know while they were getting their bonuses based on those shady sales. Upper management tries reasonably hard to be decent, but at the same time make demands that are unreachable and directly results in mistreatment of reps. Also they time your bathroom breaks and you can get in trouble for peeing too often.
