      Pros

      Flexibility to work, you have the chance to be creative while having fun. WFH is the best choice for those raining days. You can find great technical skills and the leaders and the mentor you to be better every day.

      Cons

      The management in most of the projects is great and everything goes smooth, but from time to time you can be stuck in a team you don't like and it's hard to change, it's not a big thing, but it's something.
