      Good benefits and working atmosphere, company store with reduced prices for Nestlé's brands.

      Cons

      2 days a week on-site in the middle of Polanco, managers located in USA and Canada making decisions based on the best interests for these countries, not for Mexico.

      Pros

      As soon as the war began in Ukraine, Nestle decided to bring its employees to the territory of Poland. The war is still going on, but the company has decided to end the mission with Poland and turn all its employees to Ukraine. Whoever is not agree to back in Ukraine, they will be fired. It is no longer correct that the decision has been made since the war in Ukraine still going and people do not want to turn around with their little children back in front under the bombs. In case men decide back they should going to go to the front and where are no chance avoid it. But if you don't pay attention to this, the company is good for long-term stable work
