Continuous learning opportunities across products and domains. HR team is highly supportive and people-oriented. Healthy work-life balance is realistically maintained

I come from smaller and fast-moving startup environments, so adjusting to more structured and formal processes took some time. At first, certain workflows felt bureaucratic. However, I’ve come to understand that these processes are in place to ensure alignment across teams, maintain quality, and manage risk at scale. With clearer templates and streamlined communication, the structure becomes easier to work with and supports more predictable outcomes.
