This company is really a brilliant show of how important branding is. What we do is not revolutionary. The products we deliver can be great but also they can be scrappy.
Pre-IPO leadership are dropping like flies. Lots of ex Amazon leaders here still have Amazon habits. Still, there is a conspicuous lack of female representation in engineering leadership.
Company is growing rapidly and the culture just isn't the same as it was pre SAP. Maybe that has to do more with the pandemic.
This place can be a feature factory at times but if you accept that is the business model then you can ride the wave a bit more easily.
