It´s an amazing business, nobody makes what we do selling the big quantity of equipment, and it helps you to grow professionally because employees are very important for the company

Cons

In Mexico, due to the culture, people wait a lot to start consigning and delivering their equipment. The sale grows more than 50% 2 weeks before the sale. Suddenly you have a bunch of work waiting for you.

Often brought in external technology consultancy firms to tackle large projects rather than assigning it to internal employees/contractors and growing headcount naturally. This led to more technical debt as there were many misunderstandings on how certain systems functioned.
