Pros

- Nothing much to say

Cons

- They expect you to work even on vacation/Sick leaves and no personal days - underpaying employees, layoffs for no reason - Noone follows the process, unorganized felf like working in a zoo - expect a ping any time to work on something which wasnt even in works a just because its unorganized and everything is urgent here :D - RRSP is less than what other companies offers - Bad benefits

Pros

The role was remote with relatively flexible hours, which was initially a positive aspect.

Cons

Even after achieving a 150% increase in website traffic directly due to my work, I was abruptly laid off following a change in the marketing department’s management. They acknowledged my strong performance but stated they needed to cut the budget, which felt abrupt and lacked transparency or any attempt to find alternatives. The layoff was sudden and came with no prior feedback or preparation, communicated on a Monday morning without warning. The abrupt timing had serious personal fallout: I lost my mortgage approval and had to deal with major, immediate disruption.
