The best part about coming to work at FinancialForce.com every day is the people.
Company perks
Sure, we have great snacks, Philz coffee, fun company-wide events like our offsite in Tiburon, frequent happy hours and an epic holiday party, time off for volunteering, an amazing view of San Francisco at our headquarters, a perfect location in downtown Chicago and our UK office is in Harrogate; which has been named the happiest place to live in the UK for the third year running. But it’s the passion and creativity that our employees bring to work every day that makes us one of Glassdoor’s 2016 Best Places to Work.
A look back at 2015
2015 has been quite a year for us - we started the year with 450 employees, and now we’re nearly at 700. For many high-growth companies, it can be a challenge to maintain a positive, “start-up” atmosphere, but our mission is to maintain a supportive and fun culture for our staff, no matter how fast we grow.
Being honored as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work is both humbling and exciting. It validates that we are doing the right things as a company and with our culture by allowing our employees to feel empowered. The outcome of that is that we end up with happy employees and happy, engaged customers as well. It’s a truly exciting time for us as a company. It also validates the growth that we’ve had in 2015 and keeps us inspired to keep growing in 2016, while continuing to be a great place to work.
