"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Pretty standard benefits package. 401k match was recently increased to be on par with other companies. Lots of choices for healthcare coverage. Disappointing that not all federal holidays are observed- in particular MLK day and Juneteenth.
