Terrible benefits, absolutely nothing for part time employees and the full-time workload is never worth the pay. No raises whatsoever, only increase wages by going up in the company (which is not appealing in the slightest.)

The health insurance has changed drastically and is more expensive. They do not offer 401(k) they offer a 403B. You get 80 hours of PTO for your first five years and then 120 hours of PTO after your sixth year.

They recently moved over to United health and it sucks. They say they cover life, dental and vision, but really don’t cover anything. I work a contract position and so there are no raises or incentives to stay except for a minimal amount of extra cash added to your paycheck around Christmas. You get less than two weeks of paid vacation time a year. You get a discount at goodwill stores and a discounted membership at crunch fitness currently. Paid government holidays. Occasional mandatory overtime or optional overtime. No room for career advancement or growth

I get about 10 days off per year in total.
Not bad, could be better. Should be better.
