Basic Insurance nothing outstanding during tenure

Flexible WFH model. Good health plan options with UHG, especially HDHP and HSA. 3% 401K match. Foreign RSU options for US based resources at higher management levels.

Worst is that business travel is in low rate companies. This is the worst standar in industry and I have been in more than 4 internatiinal companies including Chinese

The benefits are very good, depending on the plan you pick. I picked the middle plan and most of the doctor's visits or lab work are covered.

The benefits seem comparable to every other job I've had in the past, with 401k matching and basic medical and dental plans. E4 and above employees get "need based leave" with no limit except what your manager thinks.
