Anyone work at Apollo that can speak on the culture and benefits? I’m also told that there is a base salary which is lower than my target, but that there is built-in overtime which would get me to my target or more. I don’t really understand what that means. Anybody have any experience there?

EA Interview Prep Is So Hard — How Do You All Prepare? I’m find it hard to prepare for interviews because the many questions. What kinds of questions did you get, and what helped you feel prepared? I’ve noticed that EA interviews aren’t just about tasks they’re about judgment, communication, and how you think. but I’m still trying to understand what ‘strategic communication’ in an interview. How do you talk about supporting executives. I'd appreciate hearing your experiences or any examples

Anyone work at Citadel? One of my recruiters is constantly sending me roles over there and I’m wondering… Are they so large that they’re just always hiring or is there a crappy EA culture so there’s a lot of turnover? Somebody spill the tea please!
