Guysss, i run a recruitment start up in Uganda, just recently started but oh my God, its hard to find employers because i feel that my country has more job seekers than employers, How do i then benefit from this business, i have a gut feeling like i can make money from this but do i approach it from the point of job seekers that have no idea on how to get it but want their Cvs done for free, they think you will do everything for them and even when you connect them to employers ...some advice

"Wow us in 150 characters or less" I filled out the application, attached a resume and cover letter. At the end, of the process there was a box that asked me to WOW them in 150 characters or less. Did your company do something like this? What kind of responses were you looking for? I thought it was a little weird.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Is anyone else besides me tired? Lately, I’ve found myself tired of Talent Acquisition. Not recruiting itself, but the constant pressure, shifting priorities, and metrics that are often tied to things outside of our control. Before anyone says, “Move into HR,” I’m not convinced the grass is greener. Every area seems to come with its own stress and frustrations. Some days it’s exhausting. I enjoy the flexibility, but it’s so annoying sometimes. Is it just me?

Talent Acquisition
Holy FFF. One of the top pet peeves: asking for candidate availability only to get the reply asking for mine. Wanna play that game? Others are replying with their avails and you’re falling behind.
