2 face to face technical round. Then the HR round. They don't give much salary to fresher or experienced candidate. It was a one day process and get the confirmation the next day. It was a easy process

One Telephonic, after that One technical and one Manager round all done, HR congrats me and told me that He will share me the salary structure and talk over that . HR shared the salary breakup to acknowledge, after which he was about to share offer letter. He told me one approval is pending from production manager when he will come I will take approval and send you the offer letter within 4 days, All was done from there side and He told me to resign from my current org. But I did not and wait for the offer letter , After 10 days I send email just for reminder 2 times and also send sms from my mobile, But suddenly without giving me any reason hr become unresponsive and I didn't get any call or mail response. This very unprofessional and unethical. You should not waist time and efforts. It shows company's poor ethics and policies. So I recommend all not to go for the interview there , That is only time pass for them Nothing else.
