Not as expected, it was not hard but i didn't get an offer. the process takes time like several months. very competitive many applicants which makes it hard to get an offer

Erratic and unclear. They don't provide clear metrics on your progress. At one point they asked me for a huge submission of things all of a sudden, for which I had to juggle other tasks. In the end, they never got back to me. I just supposed it was over.
