Interview
Casual interview with HR and two people from the team. It was mostly a semi-structured discussion and a small technical task. The tasks took about 20 minutes. HR was very nice but then didn't do much after the interview was complete. It is mostly up to each team to hire their staff.

The interview was very attentive and friendly. She seemed a bit eager to talk to me, was was interesting. I was asked to give reasons for applying for the role and a few questions based on my CV. Overall it was very straightforward. I was subsequently invited for a face-to-face interview
