Applied online, Then had a phone conversation with Talent acquisition representative about three weeks after I submitted my application (it was around the holiday season), In-person interview was set up for a week later. Met with two managers and we mainly just had a conversation about the role. Was very relaxed! After the discussion I got a tour of the office.
