I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AECOM (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
They didn't really ask any specific questions. They wanted to know who I was and what I have done that was relevant to the international development lifestyle of the company. Overall, it was pretty easy, and I didn't feel out of place what so ever. They made me feel comfortable, and the building was a nice place.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM in Apr 2015
Interview
The process was fairly quick. I applied online, and around two weeks later, I received a phone call from HR. After that phone call, about a week later I had another phone interview with a supervisor. He said I would hear something in one to two weeks, and I was given an offer not quite two weeks later. Interview really went over my resume, and they asked pretty specific questions about my skills.
