The group of managers reviewed my resume in front of me and asked questions regarding my skill set. They quizzed me regarding typical industry work to see if I was competent enough. They were also interested in my career interests and where I saw my career heading. It was an overall positive interview and the hiring process went very quickly.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Manila, )
Interview
I was interviewed twice. I knew after the first interview that I would be offered the position already since most of the discussion leads to making me want to accept the post. So the second interview dealt more on compensation and job offer. Fast process because they badly need the position filled.
