AECOM Graduate Civil Engineer interview questions

A bit nonchalant, the interviewer was sitting in his car and barely listening, and they also told me they would contact me after the interview but didn't. The vibe in total seemed like they weren't interested.

The interview started with the usual "tell me about yourself". It then developed into conversations about the abilities and skills that I have picked up through group work and placement year. They asked questions about specific skills I've had to use. Moreover, they assessed the situations I was in where I had to lead and make decisions I'd had to make in previous projects. They explained to me the specific projects I would be getting involved with. I thought this was good insight as I knew where I would need to go for site visits and where I could apply myself. I was asked technical questions about highway design and questions about my goals and plans and general questions about who I was as a person to see if I would be a fit for the team.
