AECOM Graduate Engineer interview questions

Informal interview, chatting about what they were looking for and what my aspirations were. Not a technical interview, more discussing my CV. Really friendly interviewers, one of which is my current manager. The process was followed by a personality quiz, it can be failed but the test is just to make sure you are in line with the comapnies values.

Online Application led into an Video Interview. The video interview involved 3 questions, with a member of their organisation delivering one question at a time, in an formal but friendly way. The questions were then summarised into a written sentence for you to read for a minute, and then you could begin answering the questions, given approximately 2 minutes.
