AECOM Graduate Engineer interview questions

Standard situational questions and very easy going conversation with hiring manager and panel. Standard big company application process. Felt quite comfortable in the interview, however quite obvious they do it all at once.

Very friendly chat, interviewers were kind interview did not feel very formal. The gave me the interview knowing that I needed a worker visa. However, after receiving emails from the interviewers saying they would like to give me an offer. I receive an email form HR saying that would not be possible because I need a worker visa. Even though that was highlighted at multiple staged throughout the process from the initial application all the way to the interview which is quite unprofessional.
