Firstly employer hire me from job seeker sites and they call me for interview on Kolkata but i refuse to go there.
than they had offer me to complete the interview process through online by using Skype id because MD was on Muscat .
than on given date i was available online & complete the interview as per there process.

Employer had ask me about my experience in water & waste water project;STP & WTP. etc.

be aware their reflections, helpful, team work, leadership, no written test
Normal process, started with a phone interview then in person interview. Was offered the position but declined due to logistics. Seemed like a good position working alongside kind people. I would consider applying again in the future.
