I had 2 video interviews over google chat. The first one went well and didn't raise any red flags. In the second interview, I had some clarifying questions about the specifics of the job, but they interviewers were unable to answer these, even though I said I was open to just examples if they couldn't be specific. One of the interviewers in the second interview also asked me questions which bordered on inappropriate. Not "why do you want to work here" which is a normal question, but "Why do you want to work? Do you need to work?". It made me feel like he was trying to ask if I had a partner supporting me financially if the job didn't work out.
