Interview process was quick! Heard back about a month after submitting my application but after that I had my first and second interviews within a week or two from each other.

I had an initial phone interview for about 30 minutes - very conversational and casual. Then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview and meet with 2 people for 30 minutes each, also a very easy-flowing conversational interview rather than Q&A. After that, I was given a series of writing assignments which included a pitch, a sample blog post and a sample executive congratulatory note. Upon reviewal of these assignments, I was asked to come in for another in-person interview with another VP. Overall, the interviews were very relaxed and more about learning about your experience and the role. Be prepared to answer the basic interview questions (weaknesses, overcoming challenges, behavioral questions etc).
