They canceled on the initial virtual interview after the time it was supposed to start. My time is just as important so I found it quite disappointing to be waiting for someone to come and getting an update from someone else that it wasn't happening. When I finally got a reschedule virtual interview the interviewer seemed distracted and unfocused. They said to follow up with them for an in field trial day. I followed up immediately but never received a response. I would have followed up further but I didn't want to pursue a position at a place that seemed disorganized.
