I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2018
Interview
Pretty standard interview. Met my manager at a career fair, got a call-back from HR a couple of weeks later, spoke to the coordinator of the internship program for about 20 minutes about typical job interview stuff: "describe a professional challenge you had to overcome," etc. All they're really looking for honestly is someone whose passionate and knows what they want to do after graduation.

The interview was conducted in Chinese and was very quick. Half of the time was spent on questions about my portfolio. The process was easier than I thought. They asked about 5 questions.

Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed, I hopped on a zoom call with the hiring manager and the project manager and had a 30 min call with them where we got to know each other
