Interview
I met with the with a director of Finance of the LA office. We spoke mostly about the company and he didn't ask me many questions. It seemed he was trying to sell the company to me rather than see what I could offer. It worries me that those that are hiring are not interested in their job enough to see what can be improved from a younger perspective.
Poor recruitment process, HR will not provide any update after interview despite multiple follow ups. I've been interviewed several times but I have the same bad experience with the recruiters.

Super Easy because so many people quit from here. They will hire anyone. They are desperate. If you want to kill you resume than this is the place to be because more likely than not, you will be here less than an year. There is no stretch of the truth to what is being mentioned.
