I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Dec 2018
Interview
I submitted an application online for the position. I then received an email regarding my application informing me that they would like me to complete a situational judgement test which was also done online in my own time. Once I had completed this I received feedback on my answers and then I received a phone call inviting me to an interview at their offices. I went to the interview and it was mostly an informal chat about my past experiences with a couple of competency based questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM
Interview
The interview consisted of an office visit and face to face conversation. There was some discussion and negotiation over email. I felt comfortable talking with the hiring manager who ended up being my department manager.
