Had an initial call with HR that led to an interview with the Hiring Manager/Team and another in-person interview with the group I would be working with. Overall was a quick process, only took about a week. However, the offer was a bit low for me and I turned it down.
There's not exam but a face to face and one to one interview conducted by the team leader. As the position is for graduate, no technical questions were asked. Instead, the interviewer wanted the candidate to show their thinking by asking a lot of opinion questions.

Two round interview, straightforward. I was asked to describe my experience and skills to the team as well as give a history of previous projects I had worked on. I was asked about soft wares I was proficient in and my five year goal for career advancement.
