Applied online and received a call from their corporate recruiter within a few days. Initial phone screen conducted with recruiter and an in person 1:1 interview was scheduled. Feedback from 1:1 was received within 2 business days and a second interview was scheduled for a few days later. Second interview was with 3 different people, 30 minutes each.
Overall experience started out quickly and on a positive note but ended rather unprofessionally on their end.
Emailed corporate recruiter twice over the course of a couple weeks, emails went completely unanswered. Received a voicemail from the recruiter about three weeks after 2nd interview and returned the call within the hour, no answer, no response to voicemail message. Called the next morning, recruiter answered but sounded surprised and asked if we could set an appointment to speak for later in the afternoon. Appointment time was agreed on, recruiter never called.
To this day I still do not know why the recruiter wanted to set an appointment or what the final outcome of the position was. Disappointed in the poor communication and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't expect to see this from senior recruiters recruiting for management level candidates.
