AECOM Structural Engineer interview questions

General HR questions were asked which checked whether I will have any problems with location and the type of projects. They were friendly and made me feel at ease during the skype interview.

Long arduous written online testing and submissions. Doesn't really test the capabilities of a graduate, aside from their sticking power. I assume this was the point however. After this, was called down for an interview. Staff are helpful and direct. The manager I spoke with is more interested with personality than technical skills. However, others are more likely to quiz you on specific technical details if you present a weakness.
