Interview Details – Applied via campus recruiting. Had a first round interview with two senior managers. One on the P&C side and the other on the Life side. 30min each, so lasted 1 hour in total. All behavioral questions (why our company? why actuary? why chose this school?)

Applied online through school job search website. Invited to open house with high ranking actuaries across the country and across different insurance lines. Was invited to an onsite interview with other potential candidates where we first spoke with younger employees who answered questions we had about AIG. Later we were taken back for 3 one on one interviews then concluded the day. Received an offer about 3 weeks later and accepted/

Interview
First round was on campus. A very laid back and basic behavioral interview.
About a week or two later, got notification of a second round in New York. Interview consisted of five 30 minute interviews. Each person had a different topic but in general everyone asked the same types of questions. Received an office about 1 week later
